چکیده

Background. Optimization of the management patients with precancerous conditions stomach in comorbid pathology is an urgent task gastroenterology. The purpose study: to evaluate content pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines, as well level vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) at different degrees vascularization thyroid gland atrophic gastritis. Materials methods. A study was conducted 120 gastritis pathology. All them underwent a sonological examination using ultrasound scanner Toshiba Xario (Japan), which revealed poor parenchyma 82 (68.3 %) cases, moderate diagnosed 20 (16.7 marked — 18 (15.0 %). Quantitative cytokines (interleukins (IL) 8, 10, 18, tumor necrosis α), blood serum determined by immunoenzymatic assay Vector-Best reagents. Results. Among vascularization, only changes gastric mucosa were almost half 39 (47.6 people, while dysplastic found third vascularization. Intestinal metaplasia detected regardless degree parenchyma. Cytokine imbalance gastritis, greatest shift case due 4-fold increase pro-inflammatory IL-8 (р < 0.05) 1.7 times IL-18 (p 0.05), simultaneous decrease cytokine IL-10 3.2 compared control indicators. VEGF significantly increased 1.5 respectively, that people Correlations between (r = 0.491; p 0.031) 0.444; 0.019) Conclusions. Patients had imbalance, deepens increases possibly related common pathogenetic mechanisms development
